"Caspian Sea Yogurt's" unique stickiness is made from lactic acid bacteria and Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris FC. Based on a lot of clinical trials performed by Fujicco, we have learned that a variety of health effects can be expected from cremoris FC and the sticky ingredient, EPS (exopolysaccharide).
