For over 45 years since its foundation, Fujicco has been supplying healthy pre-cooked foods made with traditional Japanese ingredients, particularly seaweed and soybeans, adapted to the demands of modern life and has become a top food producer, listed on the 1st section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The ingredients we use are essential items for a nutritious daily diet. We intend to provide a solution to such problems as excessive lipid, obesity etc. resulting from the deteriorating nutritive balance in the food eaten by modern Japanese people.
Fujicco is a unique company, highly regarding 'Preventive Nutrition'. Through investigation of Japanese traditional foods, we hope to find the health functional components, the wisdom of tradition so to speak. By providing and applying them, we hope to make a social contribution for building a healthier dietary culture. One example is to put Fujiflavone to practical use. This is an achievement of our soy study over 45 years. Also, in order to support activities for promoting health, since 1995, we have continued to sponsor the WHO Forum convened in Japan.
