When exercise is added to intake of Isoflavones, Bone Density increases

In the case of a study conducted by the Japanese National Institute of Health and Nutrition, a group of OVX mice, which were given exercises of 30 minutes a day on a treadmill in addition to an administration of isoflavones 6.4mg/day (Fujiflavone), showed higher bone density than normal mice despite the ovariectomy and at all the positions the bone loss was completely prevented.
