Fujicco Food Safety Inspection Center
Fujicco is a company that puts utmost importance on both good taste and food safety. For all the products we supply, starting from soybeans to extracted isoflavones, we do not use any GMO beans. Each lot is subjected to rigorous inspection. Also, all the beans and vegetables we use are subjected to in-company inspection for 300 residual agricultural chemicals so that only safe materials are used. In the 'Foodstuff Safety Inspection Room' you see here, our inspectors are checking daily the 164 types of beans and vegetables we use as raw materials to ensure total safety.
- In-company inspections for GMO

- In addition to the certification by outside organizations, all lots of beans are subjected to PCR inspection.
- In-company inspections for residual agricultural chemical

- All beans and vegetables are subjected to inspection for 300 agricultural chemicals (GC/MS system).
- In-company inspections for animal drugs

- Fish & shell fish and stock farm products are subjected to inspections for residual antibiotics and antibacterials to confirm their safety.
- In-company allergic agent inspection

- In order to avoid mingling of the five major allergic substances, inspections are carried out both at the manufacturing sites and on finished products.

- At the end of the production processes, in addition to inspection by a metal detector, a foodstuff X-ray inspection is performed.
As well as these thorough checks, a trace system that includes the history and controls the production processes is adopted. Some parts of this system are open to customers.
