In order to provide health function components hidden in the traditional foods for daily diet with a good taste for preventive nutrition, we are manufacturing and selling items ranging from base materials to health foods.
At our Development Center, from basic to application, about 40 efficient staff are engaged in the researches.

| Kombu Minerals | Kombu UMAMI is a healthy salt seasoning extracted without additives from natural Kombu-kelp and making the most of the balance of plentiful mineral contained. The Natrium content is 16% that of table salt. By the synergistic effect of saccharide, amino acid and more than 20 minerals of this seasoning, Kombu-UMAMI makes the taste of foodstuff even more delicious. |
| Super GABA | Fermented rice bran extracts containing γ-aminobutyric acid by lactic fermentation |
| Chrono-Care | An extract from black soybean husk. Containing C3G(Cyanidin 3-O-glucoside) 10% (HPLC measurement). Total polyphenol contained is more than 70%. Proven by an animal study abdominal fat accumulation is suppressed and the concentration of serum adiponectin is increased. In 2008, the supply of a reagent for research started (purity 98% or higher). |
